Manage License
If you are using the free version of Free Product Sample, you do not need a license key. However, if you have paid for a license of the pro version, you should have received a license in the purchase confirmation email. If you deleted that email or it never arrived, you can access your license key by logging into your Account Area.
Retrieve Your License Key From Your Account
- Visit https://amplifyplugins.com/account
- Log in with your username (the email address you provided when purchasing the plugin) and password.
- If you forgot your password, click the Lost Password? link on the login page to reset your password.
- Click on the View Licenses link next to your purchase.
- Click on the key icon next to Free Product Sample for WooCommerce Pro and it will reveal your license key.
- Select and copy your license key.
Activate Your License Key On Your Website
- Login to your website that has Free Product Sample Pro installed.
- Navigate to Product Sample > License.
- Paste the license key you copied from the previous steps into the Activation Key box.
- Click the Activate License button.
You will know that the license is active when you see the Activate License button switch to say Deactivate License, and green checkmarks next to Auto Update and Premium Support. Your license key will also only be partially shown to protect the license from other users.
Deactivate Your License
Users may wish to activate their license on a site that is in development so that the plugin can be updated during development, but then wish to activate the license on their live site once development has been completed.
If you ever want to deactivate your license so that it can be used on another site for whatever reason, you can do so by following these steps:
- Login to your website that has Free Product Sample Pro installed.
- Navigate to Product Sample > License.
- Click the Deactivate License button (shown in the screenshot above).
